As a Senior Consultant, Demand Integrations, you will drive the end-to-end technical onboarding and continuous improvement of API connections for high-priority international clients. You'll act as the primary technical contact, ensuring seamless integration deployment and long-term performance by working closely with both customer engineering teams and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams on customer integration inquiries and escalations
- Assess new and existing customer API documentation to determine integration effort and complexity
- Develop clear technical documentation and implementation guidance for internal engineering teams
- Advise customers at every stage of the integration process, from initial planning to live operations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine processes and implement improvements
- Share insights on customer business models and integration performance across teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support team development through documentation and mentorship
- Advocate for API enhancements both internally and to customer technical teams
- Stay current with industry trends and the evolving needs of Cint’s customer base
Qualifications
You bring substantial experience in technical customer success, with a proven ability to manage complex API integrations across global markets. You are comfortable interpreting technical specifications, guiding engineering teams, and communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills are matched by strong time management and the ability to operate independently in a distributed environment.
Preferred candidates will have experience mentoring colleagues, improving workflows, and working within globally dispersed teams. A background in technical consulting within SaaS, data platforms, or similar technology environments is highly valued.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, with team members across the US, Europe, and India. Occasional travel may be required for customer engagements and internal gatherings.
