Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Depth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.
- Experience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences.
Nice to Have
- Industry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology.
- ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.).
