Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs.
- Set appointments by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer.
- Use GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged.
- Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone skills, ability to engage leads, and convey information clearly.
- Organized and Motivated: Ability to manage multiple leads at once, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Persistence: A go-geter attitude who is comfortable with high volumes of calls and follow-up outreach.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping people.
Nice to Have
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
