Infopro Digital is hiring a Senior Conference Producer to create and commercialize content for our XLoD, Surveillance, and Financial Crime events. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality events with a clear path to grow and become accountable for your own book of work within the portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Produce relevant and accurate event content through research and discussion with senior financial services practitioners.
- Manage and maintain the 1LoD website to ensure agendas, content, and speaker information are current.
- Acquire senior Managing Director-level speakers and contributors through research and existing networks.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Content, and Operations teams to provide updates on production status.
- Develop within the role with a view to introduce and moderate roundtable discussions with senior industry practitioners.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience or qualifications in production.
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
- High-calibre analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to motivate, coordinate, and ensure proper time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- An understanding and interest in Financial Services.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and confidence to propose new ideas.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Great organisational skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in humanities, business administration, marketing, events management, economics, political economy, public policy, law, finance, international business, diplomacy, or international relations.
