DZ BANK is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to ensure an effective FATCA/CRS compliance management system for the bank. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory implementation, conducting controls, and serving as a key point of contact for internal departments and the wider cooperative financial network.

What You'll Do

• Ensure an effective FATCA/CRS compliance management system for DZ BANK.
• Conduct controls and monitor the implementation of new FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Optimize the control environment to ensure the internal control system (IKS) in the context of FATCA/CRS.
• Process inquiries from our specialist departments.
• Act as a second-line point of contact for the first line on all questions regarding FATCA/CRS.
• Support the responsible parties from the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken with concerns on this topic.
• Review performance requirements for the outsourcing company.
• Conduct outsourcing controlling in the FATCA/CRS environment.
• Accompany relevant audits, actively participate in our projects, and train the specialist units.

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed degree in business law or business administration.
• Solid professional experience including knowledge of compliance and governance structures and internal control systems at a bank, a similarly regulated company, or a consulting firm specialized in risk management for banks.
• Proficient in banking law, particularly in banking and supervisory regulatory frameworks, FATCA/CRS requirements, and processes and organizational procedures for compliance with such requirements.
• Know-how in MS Office.
• Negotiation-fluent English and very good German in spoken and written form.
