About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on a high-impact role where your expertise in consumer lending regulations will directly influence marketing practices and risk management. You'll lead critical initiatives to ensure adherence to federal and state laws across multiple communication channels, while supporting cross-functional teams through clear and actionable guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Review and approve marketing content (email, web, social, print, video) for compliance with TILA, CAN-SPAM, UDAAP, and CFPB guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver real-time compliance advice during campaign development.
  • Contribute to policy creation and refinement of internal compliance procedures and training documents.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and design solutions to mitigate exposure.
  • Lead or support initiatives that streamline marketing review processes and enhance first-line defense capabilities.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and translate their impact into actionable updates for internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or operational risk within the consumer lending or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. consumer lending laws and regulatory frameworks, with proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear compliance recommendations to cross-functional partners.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines with precision and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in compliance, audit, or risk.
  • Experience with federal/state regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in compliance testing or controls.

  • Compensation: $96,000 – $120,000 USD + equity: RSUs and access to Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
