About the Role
The individual in this role will play a key part in delivering comprehensive compensation support to various business units by collaborating with HR partners to implement and manage programs that align with organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation expertise for organizational changes and strategic initiatives within designated business areas.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring teams, and management to deliver compensation guidance and solutions.
- Support the execution and upkeep of compensation programs that align with corporate objectives.
- Assist in managing annual processes including merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
- Maintain and update compensation-related policies and procedures as needed.
- Produce routine compensation reports and analytics, ensuring data integrity within the HCM platform.
- Stay current on compensation trends and legal regulations, and share relevant insights with the compensation team.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong grasp of compensation fundamentals and knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Growing business insight and sound discretion when managing confidential data.
- Proven problem-solving, communication, client service, and analytical abilities.
- Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Workday or comparable HR systems.
Nice to Have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, either completed or in progress.

The organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Global Total Rewards team. This individual will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end compensation support across multiple business units and will work closely with HR partners to ensure compensation programs support business objectives.
Where you come in
You will support leadership by addressing compensation aspects of organizational changes and initiatives within assigned client groups. You will partner with HR, recruiters, and managers to deliver guidance and support. You will help implement and sustain compensation programs in line with company goals, assist in annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive administration, maintain policies and procedures, generate data reports, monitor industry trends, and contribute to team success through additional assigned duties.

Success in this role comes from a solid foundation in compensation principles and regulatory knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, sound judgment with sensitive data, strong analytical and communication skills, experience managing concurrent projects, CCP certification (in progress or completed), and proficiency in Workday or similar platforms.
