Shape a movement centered on privacy and user empowerment by building the foundation for a self-sustaining, global community. As Senior Community Manager, you'll design the architecture of the Community Hub—a dedicated space where users connect, contribute, and grow. Your work will define how people join, participate, and gain recognition, creating pathways that turn engagement into lasting advocacy.
Design for Scale and Belonging
Develop frameworks that nurture inclusion and ongoing participation. You'll create structured ambassador programs with clear journeys, feedback loops, and recognition systems. From recruitment to activation, you’ll support advocates who represent the brand across online networks and real-world interactions, ensuring alignment with key product and marketing initiatives.
Stewardship Across Platforms
Oversee community presence on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Matrix, LinkedIn groups, and emerging channels. Guide tone, engagement practices, and content rhythms to foster genuine dialogue. Establish moderation policies and community guidelines that uphold safety and trust, while monitoring sentiment and leading responses during critical moments.
Bridge Users and Product
Act as a vital link between the community and internal teams. Surface user needs, behaviors, and feedback to inform product decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering and product partners to ensure community insights directly influence roadmap planning. Your work will ensure the community remains a source of innovation and strategic direction.
