Windsor Management is seeking a Senior Commercial Portfolio Accountant to manage and oversee complex financial portfolios. This position is a key role where you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial accounting activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and reconcile commercial property accounting portfolios
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash management activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for portfolio performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Significant experience in commercial real estate or property portfolio accounting
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency with major accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Experience with portfolio budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with tax reporting for commercial properties

This role is based in Lafayette, CA, and offers a hybrid remote work model, allowing for a flexible schedule split between office and remote work.
