Ro is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel II to join our legal team. In this role, you will be a key advisor on commercial transactions and legal strategy.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal business partners on commercial matters.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management for commercial operations.
- Develop and implement scalable legal processes and templates.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
- Substantial experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, technology, vendor, and partnership agreements.
- Strong ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
