Auralis Group GmbH is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer for someone who wants to manage more than they do hands-on work and take the next step in their career towards team leadership and company management. You will join a remote, performance-oriented team of young and hungry developers who together run the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage more than doing hands-on work.
- Take responsibility for your team and customers as a Team Lead.
- Support customers in software development projects.
- Build startups and spin them out.
- Work with top-notch technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of professional experience in Cloud/Platform Development/DevOps.
- Significant experience in Cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
- Several years of experience in at least two of the major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Strong focus and expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, C, Rust, Go).
- Communication-friendly and not shy.
- Willingness to take responsibility as a Team Lead.
- A growth mindset and a desire to continually advance.
- A belief that your potential is far from exhausted.

We are a group of 11-50 young and hungry developers who together run the company we always wanted to work for.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: €110,000 - €180,000 based on performance and results.
- Work and earn like a freelancer but risk-free as a permanent employee in Germany.

- Work from home (remote).
