Lead client success for high-impact programmatic campaigns by serving as the central point of contact for key accounts. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising initiatives, ensuring technical precision, performance optimization, and strong client engagement across every stage.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of 10+ concurrent programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance benchmarks.
- Lead regular client discussions, including quarterly business reviews and escalation meetings, delivering actionable insights tied to measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Operations to manage campaign setup, targeting strategies, pacing adjustments, and issue resolution.
- Use deep DSP expertise to guide optimization decisions, troubleshoot performance gaps, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with Analytics to produce clear, client-ready reports that translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, supporting renewals and expansion in coordination with Sales.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex issues and maintain service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad-tech, or digital media, with a focus on client success or account management.
- Direct experience using DSPs for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent communication abilities, including experience presenting to executives and managing difficult conversations.
- Proficiency in Excel and performance analysis, with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt to evolving processes.
Preferred Background
- Experience managing agency-led or multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Track record of mentoring junior team members or guiding peers.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous situations and making informed decisions with incomplete data.
- Skill in translating technical campaign details into clear, client-focused narratives.
- Experience in high-growth organizations where roles and processes evolve quickly.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams.

Compensation
Base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 USD. Includes participation in the employee equity and stock purchase plan.
