Arcellx is seeking a Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager for Portland to accelerate the adoption and appropriate use of our cell therapy products. This role drives strategic account management to expand therapy access, elevate treatment center performance, and deliver an unrivaled experience for patients and providers across leading academic hospitals and community networks.
What You'll Do
- Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice within authorized treatment centers and community-based accounts.
- Competitively sell Arcellx products through deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape and clinical expertise.
- Effectively navigate complex account environments by identifying needs of diverse stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
- Integrate customer insights and analytical data to design and execute strategic account plans.
- Share relevant account and HCP insights with cross-functional and alliance partners.
- Equip ATC staff with CAR-T process training to eliminate barriers and optimize workflows.
- Operate in strict compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience required.
- Proven and consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex, competitive, high-value therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic accounts and navigate complex academic hospital systems.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics.
- Experience with new product launches within academic hospitals or specialty markets is strongly preferred.

- Compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 per year + equity (RSU) grant.

Work Mode
