Centene Management Company LLC is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead business case development for strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional performance improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives align with our strategic business plan and deliver measurable results in financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead business case development for proposed initiatives to assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment.
- Provide input and support for the strategic planning and initiative prioritization process.
- Ensure all approved business cases are transitioned into well-executed initiatives with clear documentation and responsibilities.
- Lead larger scale, cross-functional initiatives intended to drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance.
- Provide strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives to maximize effective implementation.
- Organize work teams, drive consensus, and ensure end-to-end policy and process integrity.
- Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, and staff organization to execute initiatives.
- Support project work using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Lead staff responsible for initiatives in the operating plan to support their success, development, and communication.
- Assist other project leaders in areas like facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management.
- Write and deliver communications to all organizational levels to ensure support and awareness of process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years managing projects.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI certification.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in health care and/or insurance.
- Process quality certification.
