About the Role

The role involves analyzing marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making with clear, data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing performance metrics
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns in customer behavior and campaign outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
  • Translate business questions into analytical queries and structured reports
  • Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency using data insights
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and interpret results for actionable recommendations
  • Work with SQL to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Use visualization tools to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Contribute to the development of data models and warehouse structures
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Partner with data engineering teams to streamline pipelines
  • Document analytical methods and share best practices within the team
  • Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics and measurement
  • Assist in forecasting marketing performance based on historical trends
  • Evaluate channel effectiveness across digital and traditional media
  • Support budget allocation decisions with data-backed analysis
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data governance policies

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant analytical discipline
  • Experience in a global or remote-first organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical validation
  • Background in e-commerce or SaaS industry
  • Exposure to customer data platforms or identity resolution tools
  • Understanding of privacy regulations affecting data use
  • Contributions to internal tools or automation in analytics workflows
