We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to expand data-driven decision-making across the company through advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization. You will be a key player in delivering high-impact insights and scalable BI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various business areas to enable better visibility into key metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and data models that connect business data to broader objectives.
- Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure financial and operational datasets are accurate, timely, and well-governed.
- Transform complex datasets into executive-ready insights and visualizations that drive strategic decisions.
- Support initiatives to improve how financial and operational data are surfaced and consumed, reducing manual reporting and improving self-service capabilities.
- Lead BI projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment, with a strong focus on data accuracy and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor colleagues and stakeholders in BI best practices, promoting data literacy across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computing Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
- Proven track record designing and delivering BI dashboards and data models for corporate reporting and decision-support.
- Advanced SQL and DAX skills for data modeling and complex analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data shaping (Power Query / M).
- Experience with modern BI development practices, including version control (GitHub) and CI/CD for report deployment.
- Familiarity with AWS Redshift, S3, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture and governance principles.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Amazon Quick Suite or QuickSight.
- Experience in Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio.
- Experience supporting large Business Intelligence projects, including forecasting, variance analysis, or performance dashboards.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection, etc.).
- Experience with Jira or similar tools for project and task tracking.
