MoreConneXions GmbH is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (m,w,d) to drive outbound lead generation for our international technology and communications services. This part-time role, starting March/April, focuses on new customer acquisition, retention, and B2B customer base development.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for new customer acquisition, customer retention, and development of the B2B customer base.
- Support Account Executives in building relationships with Ideal Customer Profiles and maintain regular communication.
- Qualify customer inquiries and plan and schedule customer presentations.

- A passion for sales and new customer acquisition.
- Technical proficiency with several years of professional B2B sales experience explaining products and services.
- Enjoy building proactive and sustainable customer relationships.
- The ability to set priorities with a high degree of motivation and initiative.
- A confident, assured, and authentic demeanor with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
