EDTELLIGENT is hiring a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) to be the trusted guide for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our software from initial onboarding through to long-term success. You will work at the intersection of our customers, our product, and our internal teams to foster satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Accompany customers from onboarding to long-term use, ensuring they love our software.
- Understand customers' individual goals and help them achieve these with our solution.
- Analyze usage data and proactively identify optimization potential.
- Build outstanding product knowledge and ensure customers are successfully represented.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to share best practices and support prioritizing new features.
- Build genuine relationships with the goal of having satisfied customers who are happy to renew and recommend.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant work experience (minimum 3 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a comparable role.
- Technical background, ideally a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills in German and English.
- Outstanding technical understanding and eagerness to quickly learn new tools.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good understanding of data structures and familiarity with XML and JSON.
- Empathy, initiative, and a good sense for customer needs.
- Structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with Kursnet and mein NOW.
