Join PsyCurio, a digital health startup revolutionizing psychotherapy with virtual reality software, as a Founder's Associate (Werkstudent). In this role, you will directly support the company's strategic direction and enable its growth in a dynamic, flat-hierarchy environment.

What You'll Do

Choose your focus area from Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and more.
Shape the strategic direction of the company.
Build and manage relationships with cooperation partners and clinics.
Take part in relevant conferences, meetups, and events.
Participate in developing recruiting strategies.
Investigate the future of psychotherapy.
Find new ways to enable scalable growth.
Prove business cases with data and numbers.
Support marketing and public relations efforts.

What We're Looking For

You are self-reliant and responsible.
You have solid business knowledge and experience creating business plans and case studies in Excel.
You can work on tasks systematically and in a structured way.
You are fluent in both English and German.
You are located in or willing to work from Berlin.
