GFIC is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in Germany's food ingredients distribution sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in food ingredients and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including food manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the food ingredients sector.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align efforts with customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients industry.
- A strong network within the German food manufacturing sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Fluency in German and English.
