VetPartners Germany GmbH is looking for a Tierarzt (m/w/d) based in Antweiler bei Nürburg, Rheinland-Pfalz. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing our family by connecting with veterinary practice owners, guiding them through integration, and fostering a supportive community.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the practice and central team in Munich to build contacts with practice owners and their teams.
- Support practices during the transition phase and their integration into the VetPartners family.
- Act as the primary contact for practice teams for daily challenges and holistic care after successful integration.
- Expand the network by contacting new practices in a highly competitive market.
- Build relationships through attending congresses, working in committees and professional associations, and leveraging personal networks.
- Represent VetPartners at events and in personal meetings.
- Create a practice community around common topics and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- An open attitude towards change.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site practice visits and participation in trade fairs.
- Technical and digital proficiency, particularly with practice management and CRM systems.
- A supportive, people-oriented, hands-on way of working with an eye for detail.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- A veterinary medical background is desired.
- First experience in business development or sales is an advantage.
