CoverGo is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will partner with insurance clients to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions, guiding projects from requirement gathering through release. You'll be part of an international, diverse team of over 120 people from more than 30 nationalities, working together to innovate in the insurance technology space.

What You'll Do

Work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop the right analytical approach.
Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
Gather business requirements through techniques like work sessions and interviews; analyze and document complex requirements.
Create complex test case scenarios and oversee the testing of business applications to verify client needs are met.
Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support modifications.
May plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts.
Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and updating process documentation.
Support QA, UAT, and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required.
Knowledge of business analysis concepts: defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile prioritization.
Skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Good organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation, and documenting system functionality and workflow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Must be open to work in Central European Time or Central Time Zone.
