Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Financial Processes (REF4897A). You will specialize in Cloud Billing, applying your expertise to provide superior customer consultancy and hands-on configuration within complex system integration projects.
What You'll Do
- Conduct superior customer communication in German and English.
- Provide consulting expertise and present Cloud Billing solutions in customer meetings.
- Support the process of answering tenders in German.
- Apply a hands-on mentality for data preparation and data analysis.
- Perform customer-specific configuration of the Cloud Billing application.
- Coordinate interfaces and systematic testing in complex system integration projects.
What We're Looking For
- Many years of experience working with billing software.
- In-depth knowledge of the billing process chain (mediation, guiding, rating, collection, aggregation, billing).
- Sound knowledge of the MNP processes (number porting) around the zMRDB.
- Many years of billing experience in the telco, cloud, public transport, and other industries.
- Experience with access to and handling of GDPR customer data for data analysis in production.
- Detailed knowledge of TM-compliant APIs within Deutsche Telekom, specifically TARDIS APIs.
- Detailed internal knowledge of the Cloud Billing application.
- Language skills: English & German.
