Significanceinc is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support our Transportation Services, Transit, Fleet, and Cards Management Programs. In this role, you will provide in-depth analysis focused on Fleet policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and fleet management, diagnosing risks and recommending strategic improvements.
What You'll Do
- Support the Transportation Services, Transit, Fleet, and Cards Management Programs.
- Provide in-depth analysis with a focus on Fleet policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and fleet management.
- Review business processes to diagnose financial, operational, and technological risks.
- Recommend strategies and process improvements to key business stakeholders.
- Interface with customers and business partners.
- Generate multiple reports from varying data sources on credit card and transit program trends and behaviors.
- Work independently with limited direction and multitask effectively.
- Travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in government Fleet management with a primary focus on policy, invoicing, customer engagement, and general fleet support tasks.
- 5+ years of experience working in a financial services, client management, or commercial card program role.
- 3 years of experience with travel systems; federal government travel preferred, but commercial is acceptable.
- 3 years of experience working with credit card systems, reviewing invoices, reconciling charges, and conducting collections activity.
- 1-2 years in a team lead or senior analyst role.
- Experience generating multiple reports from varying data sources on credit card and transit program trends and behaviors.
- Citibank systems experience and a working familiarity with Regulation W and OMB 123 A.
- MS Excel and PowerPoint at the advanced level, including spreadsheet development, formulas, pivot tables, charting, graphing, and creating senior-level dashboards.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and multitask effectively.
- Ability to travel as required.
Nice to Have
- GSA SmartPay2 knowledge.
- Credit Card Compliance or Transit Program Policy experience.
- Knowledge of government credit card regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Process Mapping experience, using tools like Visio.
- Experience with CitiManager, the Commercial Card Bank system of record.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read data, analyze and present program data, and translate findings into key business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Professional in appearance and demeanor at all times.
