TD Bank is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Business Risk Insights & Reporting) to plan, manage, and lead the end-to-end delivery of requirements for business and enterprise projects. You will provide leadership and work collaboratively with business, technology, and finance partners to support project benefits and changes to processes and systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead Requirements Management for Tier 3-4, low to moderate risk and regulatory projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Gain an advanced understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery.
• Work independently as the senior analyst and coach members within your area of expertise.
• Identify and lead problem resolution for complex issues at all levels.
• Contribute to communication and change management activities across multiple stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• An undergraduate degree.
• 5-7 years of related business analysis experience.

Nice to Have

• Business Analyst Accreditation.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
• Experience in reporting and insight development.
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Sharepoint.
