Nomura is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a critical partner in the firm's digital transformation. In this role, you will function as a Junior Digital Solutions Officer (DSO) for the NAMI investment platform, providing essential leverage and strategic support to investment teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive intake documentation and analysis of investment requests and technology requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders on solution design and implementation approaches.
- Facilitate the design and development of innovative investment solutions across multiple asset classes.
- Lead project management for technology implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between investment teams and technology/operations groups.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and change management processes.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of investment platform enhancements.
- Support business continuity planning and risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $145k-180k.
