Nab is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team, focused on enabling critical initiatives. You will leverage strong attention to detail and high-level thinking to ensure technical and business requirements are clearly understood and documented.

What You'll Do

Plan, estimate, and support the coordination and implementation of change using agreed business analysis processes and artefacts, including agile methodology concepts.
Use research, data analysis, and decision-making skills to assist in the prioritization and delivery of enhancements and system changes from idea through to implementation.
Interpret technical information for business units and translate business requirements and non-functional requirements for technical teams to enable solution delivery.

What We're Looking For

Around 7 years of experience in strategic or business analysis roles.
The ability to align business, technical, and delivery perspectives around measurable outcomes.
A proven capability to lead impact analysis, manage dependencies, and drive business readiness in large-scale change.
The ability to navigate ambiguity, engage senior stakeholders, and shape direction through evidence and insight.
Detail orientated with the ability to think high-level.
Personal resilience and the ability to navigate through change and uncertainty.
Comfortable with context switching.
Experience working in a technical environment.

Nice to Have

Comfortable with technology concepts, with an added advantage of having previously worked in a desktop and collaboration tooling domain (MS 365, InTune, Windows, Mac).
