Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, estimation, and coordination of technology changes using agile frameworks and established business analysis practices
- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Interpret complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders and clarify business expectations for developers and engineers
- Support prioritization of initiatives by applying data-driven insights and thorough research
- Manage dependencies, assess impacts of change, and help prepare business units for new solutions
What You'll Bring
- Approximately seven years of experience in business or strategic analysis, preferably in a technical setting
- Proven ability to connect business objectives with technical delivery, focusing on measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Skilled at shifting focus between high-level strategy and detailed execution
- Resilience in ambiguity and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders to guide decisions
- Familiarity with technology platforms and concepts, with the ability to learn quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience in desktop and collaboration technologies such as MS365, InTune, Windows, or Mac environments
Technology Environment
You'll be working with systems including Cisco Unified Call Manager, Oracle Java, Microsoft 365, InTune, and both Windows and Mac platforms.
