SIX – Infrastructure, Data & Services for Finance is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Exchanges Business Unit. In this role, you will turn business needs into solutions, drive strategic initiatives forward, and ensure high-quality documentation within a dynamic financial environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements, covering functional and architectural aspects, in close collaboration with the team.
- Define and document end-to-end solutions, presenting analysis outcomes during feature refinement sessions.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver new functionalities and enhance the trading platform.
- Develop and maintain requirements and functional documentation, including machine-to-machine interface specifications.
- Contribute to the design of new functionalities and support the definition and validation of acceptance criteria.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the trading domain.
- Broad exposure to trading-related areas such as on-book/off-book trading, reference data, and regulatory topics like MiFID.
- Strong command of UML.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured business and functional documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for proposed solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership, strong collaboration capabilities, and a proactive approach.
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Very good written and spoken Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- IREB certification.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with related certifications considered advantageous.
- German language skills.
