ProArch is hiring a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to drive the development of effective healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your insights will directly enhance and optimize clinical workflows and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology.
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and health information exchange (HIE).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
