ProArch is hiring a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to drive the development of effective healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your insights will directly enhance and optimize clinical workflows and operational processes.
What You'll Do
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure stakeholder understanding and adoption.
- Facilitate communication among clients, management, technical teams, and end-users to promote collaboration and efficient solution development.
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring solutions meet functional, regulatory, and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and health information exchange (HIE).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
