AECOM is looking for a Senior BIM Modeler-MEP to create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across diverse construction projects. In this role, you will perform complex assignments using multiple software platforms to achieve results and deadlines.

What You'll Do

Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
Create and manage BIM content libraries for MEP components.
Analyze and optimize MEP designs for efficiency and performance.
Generate accurate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models.
Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
May be responsible for all or part of a project.
May train and supervise work flow.

What We're Looking For

A Diploma is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
Experience with BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems design principles and integration.
Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
Preferred from consultant/design engineering business.
Familiar with BIM Automation tools.
