Responsibilities
- Execute advanced BIM and plant data-centric tasks using multiple software platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Intergraph SmartPlant, and Plant 3D to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems using 3D modeling tools.
- Develop and maintain standardized BIM content libraries for MEP components.
- Evaluate and enhance MEP system designs for improved efficiency and performance.
- Produce precise quantity take-offs and construction schedules derived from BIM models.
- Work with project teams to apply consistent BIM standards and promote best practices.
- Keep current with emerging BIM technologies and evolving industry trends.
- Demonstrate knowledge of BIM automation tools and workflows.
- Perform technically complex assignments under general supervision, using diverse digital resources and software.
- May lead execution of entire projects or significant project components.
- May provide training and oversee workflow for junior team members.
