Ibilitiy is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Testing Analyst to support the implementation of Momentum for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this role, you will support the BI Test Lead and the program by performing testing activities, overseeing regression strategy, and preparing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the BI Test Lead and government client in planning, training, and testing of reporting and data extracts for the financial system.
- Review and update the testing plan for BI components including BI regression strategy, data quality assessments, and UAT preparation.
- Develop system test scripts for key reports, ensuring automated testing accounts for at least 50% of BI scripts.
- Ensure coordination across client and vendor partners for BI architecture validation.
- Oversee and develop junior BI testers.
- Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log to track progress with the client and vendors.
- Support BI and reporting components of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Momentum and/or Power BI Financial Reporting implementation at a large federal agency.
- Minimum of 4 years supporting Momentum Financials or another ERP system.
- Minimum of 4 years executing test scripts, documenting results, and identifying issues within Momentum Financials or an equivalent system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the end-to-end BI testing process, including regression strategy, UAT, data quality assessments, and semantic model validation.
- Demonstrated experience with automated testing tools for Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Experience with Agility for testing.
