Ibilitiy is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Testing Analyst to join our team supporting the Momentum ERP implementation for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role is critical for ensuring the quality and compliance of the financial reporting system through rigorous testing and validation.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the BI Test Lead and government client on planning, training, and testing for financial system reports and data extracts.
Review and update testing plans for BI components, including SQL, DAX, data lineage validation, cross-system checks, and ELT flows.
Develop and execute system test scripts for key reports, automating a minimum of 50% using Power BI automation tools.
Maintain and prioritize a defect log shared with the client and other vendors to track testing progress.
Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training for BI and reporting components.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 4 years supporting Momentum and/or Power BI Financial Reporting implementation at a large federal agency.
Minimum 2 years working with Momentum Financials or another ERP system.
Minimum 2 years creating and executing test scripts, documenting results, and identifying issues.
Experience with automated testing tools for Power BI and other reporting platforms.
Understanding of Section 508 compliance and experience creating compliant dashboards.
Strong written, oral, and analytical communication skills.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to Have

Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Experience with Agility for testing.
