What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Develop and optimize data models to support business analytics
Partner with clinical and operational teams to define key metrics and deliver insights
Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and data visualizations
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing and implementing self-service BI tools and dashboards
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling for analytics
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with large, complex datasets to solve business problems
Strong project management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
