What You'll Do
Design and implement backend systems that empower AI agents to operate efficiently and safely at scale. You'll lead the evolution of our codebase to support autonomous development, enabling AI to deliver full-stack features with minimal human oversight. Use AI tools to draft clear, actionable documentation and technical specs, helping align engineering and product teams asynchronously.
Architect foundational patterns that accelerate the launch of new product portals, ensuring systems are robust, maintainable, and future-proof. Partner directly with product managers and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives that drive customer value. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by giving and receiving candid, growth-oriented feedback across disciplines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate AI agents in building and maintaining complex software systems with little manual intervention
- Strong background in creating automated safeguards and feedback mechanisms that enhance the reliability and output quality of AI-driven development
- Customer-focused mindset with a clear sense of product quality and scalable architecture
- Experience or strong readiness to work with distributed systems using Scala
