What You'll Do
Guide the technical evolution of critical systems across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and customer needs. You’ll work directly in code while setting architectural standards that support scalability, resilience, and speed.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leaders to define roadmaps and make balanced decisions that weigh technical debt, risk, and impact. You'll clarify complex challenges, align teams around shared objectives, and adjust pace to balance innovation with system stability.
Drive consistency in design across services and teams, ensuring local solutions fit within the broader platform strategy. Champion engineering excellence by raising quality benchmarks, improving reliability, and promoting best practices in distributed systems.
Invest in the growth of senior engineers through coaching and sponsorship, helping them expand their influence and technical depth. Your leadership will amplify the capabilities of others, creating lasting impact beyond your direct contributions.
