Ogilvy is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Content Team, focusing on integrated communications, social strategy, and influence. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key accounts and bringing creative campaigns to life to achieve measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall management of retainer accounts and projects, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution.
- Participate in campaign ideation and oversee end-to-end project management, including budget, timeline, and implementation.
- Manage KOL relationships and coordinate on-ground events to amplify brand presence.
- Execute comprehensive social strategies, including social listening, content planning, media buying, and performance analytics/reporting.
- Drive content writing and creation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.
- Work closely with graphic designers and production houses to oversee video, visual, and motion production, ensuring high-quality creative output.
- Handle necessary administrative and financial tasks related to account management to ensure project health.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media, Online Publication, PR, or Digital Marketing.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, adept at asking the right questions and developing effective approaches to challenges.
- Experienced in driving creative campaigns and managing video production projects from concept to delivery.
- On top of local trends and social media happenings.
- Positive and approachable team player who prioritises team success over individual glory and is a natural communicator who builds strong relationships.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing focus.
