Unknown Company is hiring a Senior Associate - Energy Management - Building Automation Systems Projects

Carrier is looking for a Senior Associate - Energy Management - Building Automation Systems Projects to manage the full lifecycle of multisite Energy Management and System Integration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing project rollouts, coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams, and ensuring successful deployment and handover to customers.

What You'll Do

• Project manage and deliver multisite Energy Management installations through Carrier ABOUND vendor teams.
• Interface with client organizations including delivery, IT, and finance teams for project-related coordination.
• Undertake project costing, including vendor and product costs, and secure necessary approvals.
• Manage project inventory and associated material requirements.
• Create project schedules in collaboration with vendors, delivery teams, and the remote commissioning team.
• Validate vendor invoices and approve them for payment.
• Manage client billing and collections through invoicing processes.
• Track and coordinate multi-team functions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform internal and client reporting as required by the project.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.
• Adjust project schedules and targets as needs or financing change, managing change orders.
• Ensure project profit margins are maintained and secure exception approval for any deviations.
• Handle the packing, shipping, and handling of project materials to deployment sites.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management for Building Automation Systems (BAS) deployment.

Nice to Have

• A master's degree in business management.
• 5+ years of work experience in project management, preferably in energy projects or BAS deployment.
• Minimum of 2 multisite rollout experiences (retail and QSR) in Building Automation deployment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in deploying Tridium Niagara BAS.
• Experience with other BAS platforms such as Trane, Novar, or JCI.
• Knowledge of HVAC and lighting controllers.
