Unknown Company is hiring a Senior Associate - Energy Management - Building Automation Systems Projects

Carrier is hiring a Senior Associate - Energy Management to lead Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects for multisite customers. In this remote role, you will manage the full lifecycle of Energy Management Program and System Integration roll-outs, from planning and vendor coordination to client billing and delivery, supporting Carrier’s mission of safer, smarter, and more sustainable building solutions.

What You'll Do

• Project manage and deliver multisite Energy Management installations through Carrier ABOUND vendor teams.
• Interface with client organizations (delivery, IT, Finance, etc.) for all project-related work.
• Undertake project costing, including vendor and product costs, and secure approval.
• Manage project inventory and associated requirements.
• Create project schedules with vendors and delivery teams, working with remote commissioning.
• Validate vendor invoices and approve for payment.
• Manage client billing and collections through invoicing.
• Track and coordinate multi-team functions through to successful delivery.
• Perform internal and client reporting per project requirements.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned with goals.
• Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain standards.
• Adjust schedules and targets via change orders as project needs or financing change.
• Ensure project profit margins are maintained and secure approval for any deviations.
• Handle packing, shipping, and handling of project materials to deployment sites as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management for Building Automation deployment.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in business management.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in energy projects or BAS deployment.
• Minimum of 2 multisite roll-out experiences (retail and QSR) in Building Automation deployment.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in deployment of Tridium Niagara BAS.
• Experience with other BAS, such as Trane, Novar, JCI, etc.
• Knowledge of HVAC and lighting controllers.
