About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to lead new product introduction and production scaling for advanced semiconductor chips. You will be instrumental in driving yield enhancement and cost optimization for products in high-growth domains like AI, data centers, and high-performance computing.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) plans based on customer technical documentation.
  • Develop and carry out comprehensive product qualification plans.
  • Provide expert support for customer requests and technical inquiries.
  • Drive yield enhancement initiatives and implement cost-reduction strategies.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to optimize product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, qualification, failure analysis, and yield improvement in a semiconductor environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time execution and cost control.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and exposure to fabrication processes and automated test equipment.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with overseas product transfers and supporting global engineering teams.

  • Compensation range: $125,000 to $155,000.
