Responsibilities
- Co-lead the development of creative concepts for monthly campaigns, product releases, seasonal themes, and culturally relevant moments
- Define and refine the brand's visual identity across all platforms and customer interactions
- Create moodboards, styleframes, and visual frameworks that establish the aesthetic direction for each campaign
- Direct photo and video production with responsibilities including shot design, casting input, visual tone, and on-set creative oversight
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital ads, social media, email, websites, packaging, and in-store materials
- Design core campaign visuals while guiding internal and external design resources
- Work closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent narrative in all creative outputs
- Collaborate with the Producer to sustain a steady monthly creative workflow, balancing active execution with future planning
- Ensure brand alignment and creative unity through detailed review and quality assurance processes
- Use performance data and customer insights to inform and improve upcoming creative initiatives
- Apply high-caliber, agency-quality creative standards within a dynamic startup setting
