Baptist Health is looking for a Senior Application Analyst - Business Applications to provide expert support and optimization for our critical software systems. This role is a key leadership position within our applications team, focused on ensuring application stability and performance across clinical, business, and ambulatory environments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support, configuration, and optimization of software applications across clinical, business, and ambulatory environments.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, in-depth configuration, and proactive maintenance to ensure application stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, enhance workflows, and support strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4-8 or more years’ experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring enterprise applications in a healthcare or comparable environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field of study.
