Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience maintaining, supporting, and configuring enterprise-level applications in healthcare or similar setting required
- Strong grasp of application configuration options and system settings
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Clear and effective communication skills when engaging with diverse user groups
- Quick learner capable of adapting to new software systems and environments
- Takes initiative for ongoing learning and can acquire knowledge rapidly as needed
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers
- Skilled at organizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with evolving technologies and business demands
- Demonstrates accountability and embraces responsibility for outcomes
