Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience maintaining, supporting, and configuring enterprise-level applications in healthcare or similar setting required
  • Strong grasp of application configuration options and system settings
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Clear and effective communication skills when engaging with diverse user groups
  • Quick learner capable of adapting to new software systems and environments
  • Takes initiative for ongoing learning and can acquire knowledge rapidly as needed
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Skilled at organizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with evolving technologies and business demands
  • Demonstrates accountability and embraces responsibility for outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field is preferred
