Unknown Company is hiring a Senior AP Accountant with German

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Senior AP Accountant with German to be a foundational member of our new Shared Service Centre team in Warsaw. This role is critical for establishing, stabilizing, and ensuring the smooth operation of centralized Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes for our European entities.

What You'll Do

• Be a key player in establishing the new Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Warsaw.
• Participate in setting up new centralized PTP processes within the SSC.
• Take part in transitioning PTP processes from European entities.
• Stabilize migrated processes and ensure the smooth running of the PTP function.
• Deliver payables activities including invoice posting, processing, and payments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation, including analysis and review of items.
• Verify the correctness and completeness of data, reports, and statements.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and quarterly reports for management.
• Maintain and enhance the SAP structure in line with business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Assure process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar P2P, PTP, or AP Accountant role within an SSC/BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Relevant accounting qualifications.
• Good knowledge of SAP and AP-related tools.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• A strong team player.
