- Design and deliver high-quality, tested software aligned with company guidelines and maintain comprehensive documentation.

- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, manage dependencies, and resolve technical issues.
- Demonstrate influence and results beyond your own work, influencing others and setting project direction.
- Self-direct the creation of software plans, schedules, and the execution of projects with clear timelines.
