About the Team: We seek an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to help develop our tax function following a recent organizational transition. This role will be instrumental in managing our comprehensive income tax landscape. Responsibilities: Quarterly Income Tax Provision (ASC 740): - Calculate tax provision under ASC 740 - Gather inputs from accounting/finance teams - Support external auditor inquiries - Develop management reporting summaries - Prepare SEC disclosures US Tax Compliance Management: - Collaborate with third-party service providers for income tax returns - Collect preparation-before-certification (PBC) documentation - Review third-party prepared returns - Manage quarterly estimated tax payments General Tax Responsibilities: - Conduct cash tax forecasting - Research applicable income tax laws - Review foreign income tax returns - Execute supplementary income tax projects Candidate Requirements: - 4+ years corporate income tax experience (Big 4 preferred) - Bachelor's degree in accounting - CPA or Master's in Accounting/Taxation - Corptax experience preferred Diversity Commitment: We believe innovative solutions emerge from diverse perspectives.
