Prime Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Analyst Pricing to assess the value of our pharmacy benefit programs and develop new financial pricing strategies. In this remote role, you will lead complex financial analyses and provide key insights to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data to drive savings and meet client obligations.
What You'll Do
- Recommend new and revised financial pricing programs through analysis of pharmacy claims data, average wholesale drug prices (AWP), and other complex pharmacy supply chain data.
- Utilize analytics to explore data, identify trends, and draw insights on profitability, margin, and costs from multi-faceted financial pricing data.
- Develop financial pricing models to monitor performance and identify savings opportunities using analytic tools and complex methodologies.
- Apply mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques to identify key drivers of costs and profitability in the pharmacy supply chain.
- Propose and implement changes to improve the accuracy of financial pricing models.
- Act as a subject matter expert by educating stakeholders on pricing programs and interpreting pricing data and reporting.
- Create and implement pharmacy financial pricing targets for use by Provider Relations teams and guarantee management processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in applied math, statistics, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, business, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- HS diploma or GED is required.
- 5 years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis.
- 3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, Python or related technologies.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and interpret complex data.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to present complex data to diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Big Data and Data Analytics.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000
