Kellanova is hiring a Senior Analyst Finance to serve as a strategic partner to our sales and supply chain teams in the French market. You will contribute directly to decision-making, cost optimization, and customer profitability analysis within an international, committed, and customer-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Pilot the Bad Cost segment for the French market, tracking customer disputes, financial allowances, billing errors, and potential logistics penalties.
- Ensure monthly control and financial statement compliance for these costs.
- Act as a financial business partner to Sales teams, providing visibility on commercial investments and customer profitability.
- Manage financial tracking of commercial discounts, ensuring compliance with internal accounting rules and proper system integration.
- Contribute to financial closings and forecasts, including monthly variance analyses and the preparation of annual budgets.
- Support internal and external audits by conducting various controls.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 degree in finance or management control.
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in commercial management control, sales finance, and audit.
- Solid accounting knowledge, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and an ERP like SAP.
- Financial modeling skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an internal audit, SOX, or US GAAP environment.
