Aledade is looking for a Senior Analyst, Clinical Strategy to help shape the future of value-based primary care. In this role, you will use data and analysis to drive strategic decisions that improve patient outcomes and practice sustainability.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or a related strategic role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Deep understanding of value-based care models, primary care operations, and healthcare metrics.
Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
