Aledade is looking for a Senior Analyst, Clinical Strategy to help shape the future of value-based primary care. In this role, you will use data and analysis to drive strategic decisions that improve patient outcomes and practice sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations to optimize clinical workflows and practice operations.
- Create clear reports and presentations to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.
- Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks for ongoing performance monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or a related strategic role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of value-based care models, primary care operations, and healthcare metrics.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
