Think Organic Limited is hiring a Senior Amazon PPC Manager to own Inspiriko's Amazon advertising strategy and execution. This is a part-time, high-impact role focused on building scalable advertising systems to drive commercial growth across UK, EU, and US marketplaces.
What You'll Do
- Develop full-funnel PPC strategy aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
- Translate company financial goals into SKU-level advertising KPIs.
- Build scalable systems for product launches, ranking, and maintenance.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with an external Amazon DSP agency to align upper-funnel and conversion strategies.
- Leverage first-party data and Amazon insights to optimize performance.
- Ensure cohesive strategy across Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Manage and optimize all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video Ads.
- Build clean, scalable campaign structures with advanced keyword research.
- Control bids, placements, budgets, and negative keyword logic.
- Drive continuous improvement in TACoS, ACoS, CVR, CTR, and organic rank impact.
- Design and execute PPC strategies for new product launches within budget and timeline.
- Transition SKUs from launch to scale phase effectively.
- Implement semi-automation tools with strategic oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years managing Amazon PPC for supplement, beauty, personal care, or health & wellness brands (consumable products with high repurchase rates).
- Proven track record scaling brands from 7 to 8 figures.
- Experience managing significant monthly ad spend ($80K+/month minimum).
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP collaboration and first-party data interpretation.
- Demonstrated commercial results—not just campaign management.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem.
- Strong commercial and financial reasoning (contribution margin optimization, not just ACoS).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
- Experience with semi-automation tools (Scale Insights, Pacvue, or similar).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Structured, systems-oriented thinking.
