Paired is hiring a Senior Amazon Account Manager for US Ecommerce Agency (Remote)

About the Role

Paired is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to lead the optimization and management of Amazon Seller Central accounts across marketplaces like the US, Canada, UK, and Germany. As a remote operations specialist, you will own product listings, account health, logistics, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee Amazon and Walmart vendor and seller accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Monitor account health metrics, address issues, and manage customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and solve account-related challenges.
  • Manage support cases and troubleshoot account-related issues effectively.
  • Create and optimize product listings, focusing on copy, content, images, and videos.
  • Develop variation groupings and troubleshoot on Amazon and Walmart.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards to optimize assortment, pricing, and inventory.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate proficiency in Excel formulas.
  • Stay updated on Amazon and Walmart policies, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the account management workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably across multiple marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of the FBA method.
  • Experience in product listing optimization using tools like Helium10 or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon’s policies, including Brand Registry and account health.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with PPC/SEO specialists, creative teams, and external stakeholders.
  • English at a C1 level.
  • Proven experience with growth strategies for Amazon accounts.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Work experience at Amazon.
  • Experience with Walmart.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with third-party seller tools such as Jungle Scout or Helium 10.

You will collaborate closely with the PPC team, brand management, and creative services to achieve collective goals.
