Red Hat is hiring a Senior AI Platform Specialist Solution Architect in the Czech Republic. As a crucial member of our EMEA Technology Sales team, you will provide expert technical sales support to execute Go-To-Market strategies for Red Hat AI. Your primary mission is to remove organizational, technical, and competitive blockers, establishing Red Hat as the preferred AI platform for workloads and applications across our key enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects to identify challenges and drive Red Hat AI adoption within new and existing customer accounts.
- Plan, design, and execute AI systems with customers, with the ability to architect and build data pipelines, ML pipelines, and training/serving approaches.
- Facilitate pre- and post-sales activities, including technical deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs, hackathons, and development of partner vertical-specific solutions.
- Identify and partner with key AI customer stakeholders, acting as an advocate within both their line-of-business and internal teams.
- Work closely with the AI business unit and engineering teams, providing a market feedback loop on products and solutions.
- Execute community outreach and customer advocacy activities, such as conference speaking and blog posts.
What We're Looking For
- Subject Matter Expert with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development or Machine Learning Operations design.
- Practical experience with a statistical programming language like Python, applied machine learning techniques, and using OSS frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience building AI applications in areas like deep learning, LLM/RAG, NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition.
- Proven success in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
- Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps, including automation with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Ansible.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
- Executive presence and strong public speaking skills.
Nice to Have
- Computer Science or similar degree.
- Previous experience as a sales engineer, in technical sales, or a similar role at an enterprise software company, SaaS company, or Systems Integrator.
- Previous experience as an implementation consultant for AI solutions.
- Further experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development and Operations.
- Industry vertical experience with Data Science projects, such as expertise in FSI, medical, defence, or intelligence verticals.
- Community brand in volunteer tech communities like AI Users Groups or open-source projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
- Readiness to travel up to 50% across the CENE region.
