Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to uncover obstacles and opportunities for AI adoption in new and current customer environments.
- Design and implement AI systems in partnership with clients, including data and machine learning pipelines, with access to additional technical resources as needed.
- Support pre- and post-sales technical initiatives such as proofs of concept, technical demonstrations, internal innovation events, and co-developed solutions with partners.
- Engage with key AI stakeholders within client organizations to advocate for solution adoption across business and technical units.
- Provide market-driven insights to product and engineering teams to inform AI solution development and improvements.
- Lead external engagement through speaking engagements, publications, and community initiatives to promote solution visibility and customer success.
